Cancellation Policy

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your appointment. The deposit will be applied toward your service total. Due to the time and preparation involved with permanent makeup services, deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable. Appointments rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice may transfer the deposit one time. Cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
